**About the role**:
**What you will be working on**:

- Resolve support issues in a prompt and efficient manner while escalating to the support manager, or technical team members when necessary.
- Follow established departmental procedures including call documentation, investigation, escalation, and resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with various internal teams including Engineering and Quality
- Assist with special projects, trade shows and conventions as required

**What are we looking for?**
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a companies' products and services
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Working knowledge of automotive suspension systems, chassis and steering components*
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced, high-activity environment
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management software, ERP systems, technical references like All Data, Mitchell ProDemand and aftermarket parts catalogues is an asset
- Ability to read 2D and 3D automotive part drawings and blueprints
- Fluent in French or Spanish is an asset.

**Physical demands and working conditions**:

- Standard office setting
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Will be required to work on-site for first three months
