**Description**:
The Saint John Sea Dogs are looking for a self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented salesperson for the role of Manager, Sales and Partnerships. This person is to drive revenue generation through partnership sales, ticket sales, group sales, and all other products.

**Responsibilities**:
Proactively drive revenue with all Sea Dogs products at your disposal, including partnership opportunities, advertising, tickets, group packages, and more.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and market insights.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with fans, partners, corporations, and key stakeholders to drive

revenue growth and ensure long-term partnerships.

Create compelling partnership assets and packages that align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate closely with leadership team and sales team to align partnership and sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Actively participate in live events and engage with the community to deepen relationships and drive brand awareness.

Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize partnership programs for maximum impact.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Passion for hockey, music, live entertainment, and hospitality industries preferred.

Bilingualism considered an asset.

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Ambitious, likeable, and proactive, with a track record of building strong professional relationships.

Ability to adapt, grow, and take on additional responsibilities within the sales and partnership domain.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
