Administrative Assistant

**Purpose of Job**:To create RAVING customers through provision of excellent customer service. Working with a high energy National Health and Disability Organization providing sustainable solutions for employees and employers. The Administrative Assistant will have a wide variety of tasks that they could be asked to complete. These are but not limited to referral entry, report editing and financial duties.
**Duties**:
- Quality control, financial and administrative duties
- Check documents for grammar, spelling, readability, style, and agreement with editorial policy
- Review and evaluate reports against set standards for recommendations (ergonomic checklist, equipment lists, practical strategies re: recommendations) for identifying anomalies to clinical lead and OT
- Meet reporting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy in collaboration with the OT and Clinical Lead
- Support referral process management and coordination
- Follow regulatory guidelines for documentation, file management, and professional document management (encryption, password protection)
- Enter invoices on third party websites
- Work collaboratively with the office team, customers, and OTs
- Other administrative duties as required
**Required Skills**:
- Business or English Studies or another relevant field or administrative assistant training
- Proven accuracy in data entry
- Professional communication, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with staff members and subcontractors
- Work with Professional Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a fast paced, high workload environment with time management, patience, and mindfulness of our customer’s needs
- Ability to work with a team of high energy, positive, focused professionals
- Bilingual capabilities an asset
