**Core Responsibilities**:

- Leading operational support and project teams responsible for delivering desktop support services and projects;
- Developing and implementing individual and team work-plans;
- Coaching, mentoring and supervising employees, students and contractors or matrixed project team members;
- Interpreting client expectations, defining requirements and delivering excellent support services to internal and external customers and stakeholders;
- Writing effective technical documentation and client communications;
- Creating, improving, documenting and managing processes and procedures within a central document repository/website;
- Assisting in human resource activities.
- Provides solutions or helps team members develop solutions to complex Issues; including coordinating multi-disciplinary meetings;
- Acts as a point of escalation for team members, and further escalates concerns to Senior Leadership;
- Attends multi-disciplinary meetings and speaks on behalf of the team.

**Besoins nécessaire**:

- Diriger des équipes de soutien opérationnel et de projet responsables de la prestation de services et de projets de soutien de bureau
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de travail individuels et d'équipe
- Encadrement, mentorat et supervision d'employés, d'étudiants et d'entrepreneurs ou de membres d'équipes de projet matricielles
- Interpréter les attentes des clients, définir les exigences et fournir d'excellents services de soutien aux clients et intervenants internes et externes
- Rédiger de la documentation technique et des communications pour clients
- Créer, améliorer, documenter et gérer les processus et les procédures au sein d'un référentiel de documents
- Participer aux activités des ressources humaines.
- Fournit des solutions ou aider les membres de l'équipe à développer des solutions à pour des problèmes complexes
- Coordonner de réunions multidisciplinaires
- Agir comme un point d'escalade pour les membres de l'équipe et exprimer davantage à la haute direction ses préoccupations
- Assiste aux réunions multidisciplinaires et parler au nom de l’équipe

**Salary**: $91,483.00-$113,503.00 per year
