Join our team We are currently recruiting for an **Overnight Lead Operator** for a permanent role. **If you are selected you must be eligible to obtain a controlled goods clearance.**
- Pay starts at $19.63/hr
- After your 3-month probationary period, you become eligible for an increase which puts the new rate at $20.41
- 4% vacation pay
- 11:30PM - 8:00AM Monday to Friday

**The Overnight Production Lead will have the following responsibilities**:

- Assign tasks/machines to cell Operators, reporting staff shortages or excesses to Supervisor
- Communicate production status during Shift Handovers to ensure continuity and stable quality outputs across shifts
- Train, coach, support, and monitor performance of team members, and provide balanced status updates to Supervisors
- Verify and clear (stamp) lots/boxes in the process while ensuring compliance with the relevant quality standards and specifications
- Identify and verify upcoming work orders with the schedule in IQMS, i.e. Work Instructions, set-up sheets, labels, material preparation
- Manage first-off process within the cell, verifying all documentation, materials, and equipment are present at machine and set-up prior to production start
- Report any missing items/elements to Supervisor
- Perform timely and accurate updates of information in IQMS as needed
- Other related duties

**Overnight Production Lead requirements**:

- Hold at least a Secondary School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience
- Availability to work from 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM Monday to Friday
- Written, Oral, and Spoken communication skills in English
