**We’re Hiring Medical Office Assistant (Full-Time)**

**Location**: Specialist cardiology clinic near Abbotsford Regional Hospital
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Start Date**: Immediately

We’re looking for an experienced **Medical Office Assistant (MOA)** to join our busy and dynamic team

**About the Role**:

- Support a team of **8 physicians** in a high-volume clinic (250+ patients daily).
- Work in a **rotational MOA role**, including:
Front desk reception & patient check-in
Switchboard & phone support
Fax processing & chart preparation
Appointment booking & hospital liaison for procedures
- Work alongside **14 MOAs + 4 technicians** in a collaborative environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Several years of **MOA experience** (required) - this is a complex, high-volume specialist clinic.
- Strong **multi-tasking skills** and **attention to detail**.
- Familiarity with **Plexia EMR** is an asset.

**Compensation & Perks**:

- Wage commensurate with experience.
- **Benefits + paid uniforms** after 90-day probationary period.
