**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Room patients and develop rapport.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, manage referrals, JUNO ticklers, messages, faxes, etc. and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) JUNO.
- Assist in the preparation of medical charts and documentation for patient visits.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate efficient patient care.
- Complete quality improvement projects as assigned by the manager.
- Take vitals such as blood pressure, height, weight, temperature.
- Send out invoices and manage payments.
- Organize and maintain medical supplies and samples.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a medical office is required (2 to 3 years).
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the team and with patients.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; experience with JUNO.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with patients and staff.

**Other Requirements/Specifications**
- Showing up to every shift on-time, must be reliable.
- Reports to the manager and medical director.
- Extended benefits such as health and dental available based on eligibility.
