**Position**: Full-Time Medical Office Assistant
**Location**: Fraser Cardiology Associates, Abbotsford, BC

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in process.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure smooth clinic flow.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide clear information regarding procedures, appointments, and follow-up care.
- Process medical forms, documents, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintaining accurate patient records and electronic health systems.
- Prepare exam rooms, manage supplies, and ensure proper infection control practices.
- Conducting ECG & blood pressure diagnostics prior to patient seeing physician
- Application of Holter monitors
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a recognized MOA program or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an MOA, preferably in a cardiology or medical office setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with medical office software, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with attention to detail and patient-centered care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
