Early Careers: Account Coordinator

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Aon Reed Stenhouse, Consumer Products Group

This is a role with the flexibility to work from anywhere as it is completely virtual.

**Available Location: remote, from anywhere in Canada**

**Dates: 4 months contract duration between June and September 2025**

**What the day will look like**:

- Primarily will support ongoing data collection project with respect to small business at Aon Canada;
- Provides support to CPG Account Executives;
- Servicing existing programs and processing requests;
- Providing supportive service to existing clients, renewal of policy documents, submissions, etc;
- Assisting with correspondence, client insurance summaries, promotional material, reports and presentations;
- Liaising and assisting brokers as necessary to contact underwriters and negotiating the best terms and conditions, premiums and coverage;
- Maintaining department filing system, receive and sort incoming mail/faxes and distributes in a timely and efficient manner;
- Processing related information/documentation in applicable systems;
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Customer service orientation;
- Professional, having excellent work ethics;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team;
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize even when faced with multiple deadlines;
- Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel);
- Some knowledge of Aon portfolio of available client services and products, an asset;
- Provincial Brokers license, an asset;
- CIP designation (or working towards), an asset.

**Education**:

- Post-Secondary degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
