**Purpose**:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing projects, managing resources, and driving results across various initiatives. This role will focus on managing multiple projects, ensuring timely and effective completion through coordination with contractors, freelancers, and internal teams. The Director of Marketing will play a key role in turning ideas into reality by organizing and prioritizing projects to align with business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and execute a strategic marketing plan.
- Oversee the planning, management, and execution of multiple marketing projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Prioritize and balance competing projects, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Lead the coordination of various marketing assets, including digital, print, and social media, while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive improvements and decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, freelancers, and creative agencies to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline project workflows and increase team efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and contractors.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to track progress and manage resources.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

**Role Specific Requirements**:

- Experience working with external vendors, contractors, or freelancers to complete marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to turn abstract ideas into actionable marketing plans and strategies.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results and meeting deadlines across multiple marketing campaigns.
- A strong understanding of marketing channels and asset coordination, without a focus on hands-on content creation.
