**Job Description**:
The Total Rewards Centre of Excellence (CoE) is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join the team. This role reports to the Director, Total Rewards and will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of all total rewards programs. This role will also support strategic decisions on total rewards programs and practices by providing analysis and guidance to other members of the CoE, and at times to HR and clients in the business.

This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to work from home and in the office, when required. You will be joining an organization and a team that prioritizes our patients and customers, is dedicated to commercial excellence, and is focused on doing the right thing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participates in the research, analysis, design, communication, implementation, and evaluation of the company’s total rewards programs, policies, systems, and processes.
- Works closely with the HR Systems & Analytics CoE to ensure data integrity of all total rewards data elements in the HRIS (Workday) and the integrated reporting tools.
- Ensures all total rewards documents and resources are always kept up to date. May include guides, program documentation, or communications associated with company-wide total rewards programs.
- Attends the job evaluation committee as required, contributes to evaluation of new roles, and ensures outcomes of evaluation are captured in the evaluation tool and in the global job catalogue.
- Administers the global recognition programme. Runs regular and ad-hoc recognition metrics and reporting for HR and leadership.
- Participates in the coordination of the annual merit review and bonus planning process, including testing for system readiness and data preparation, maintenance, and clean up.
- Participates in annual benchmarking of total rewards frameworks, including submission of compensation data surveys and analysis of annual changes to market compensation.
- Provides support and guidance to HR and leadership on the appropriate use and policy interpretation of global total rewards programs.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources with exposure to total rewards processes such as compensation reviews, survey submissions, job evaluation, and/or recognition.
- 2-3 years of experience in a total rewards role would be an asset.
- Experience in a global organization with multi-country operations would be an asset.
- Experience with Workday (HRIS) would be an asset.
- Completed or working towards one or more designations in a total rewards related discipline (e.g. CIPD, CCP) would be an asset.

**Knowledge and Skills**

- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with a global team across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Focused on customer service with the ability to develop good working relationships and partnerships within the business.
- Working knowledge of Total Rewards policies, practices, and philosophies, and other related areas of Human Resources, such as talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality, handling highly sensitive employee information.
- Capability to communicate complex concepts to employees and HR personnel.
