The CIB’s mission is to work with provincial, territorial, municipal, federal, Indigenous and private sector investor partners to transform the way infrastructure is planned, financed and delivered in Canada. The Analyst, Total Rewards and HRIS (Human Resources Information System), supports the design, analysis, administration and communication of the organization’s compensation, benefits, as well as HR systems and programs. This role ensures data accuracy, supports program implementation and provides analytical insights to enhance Total Rewards initiatives and optimize HRIS functionalities.
