The CIB’s mission is to work with provincial, territorial, municipal, federal, Indigenous and private sector investor partners to transform the way infrastructure is planned, financed and delivered in Canada. The Analyst, Total Rewards and HRIS (Human Resources Information System), supports the design, analysis, administration and communication of the organization’s compensation, benefits, as well as HR systems and programs. This role ensures data accuracy, supports program implementation and provides analytical insights to enhance Total Rewards initiatives and optimize HRIS functionalities. Your responsibilities include: Assist in the administration and analysis of compensation and benefits programs, including data collection, validation and reporting Support the annual compensation review process, salary surveys and market analysis to maintain competitiveness Maintain and update data within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee records Generate HRIS reports and dashboards to support decision‑making and respond to ad‑hoc data requests Lead the annual salary survey cycle Collaborate with HR team members to support total rewards projects and initiatives Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Assist in preparing communication materials related to total rewards programs for employees and managers Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance system functionalities and total rewards processes Your ideal profile: University degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration or a related field 0–2 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits or HRIS administration Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HRIS systems is an asset Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Human Resources Industries Financial Services, Investment Banking, and Banking Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Canada Infrastructure Bank/ Banque de l'infrastructure du Canada by 2x Get notified about new Compensation Analyst jobs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada . #J-18808-Ljbffr
