**Purpose of Role**:
Working closely with the Global Equity Plans Lead, provides ongoing administration and support for the global equity plans (long-term incentive plans and the Employee Share Purchase Plan). Provides support and analysis on executive compensation and VP total rewards. Administers executive benefits and pension and supports global benefits and pension. Administers the survey submission and analysis system and provides support to the Global Total Rewards team on global compensation, as needed.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Supports and Administers Global Equity Programs**
a) Understands the global equity plans, including restricted share units (cash-settled and equity settled), performance share units, stock options, and employee share purchase plan (“ESPP”), and is very familiar with the plan terms and rules. Has an awareness of general market trends and best practices.
- b) Under the general oversight of the Global Equity Plans Lead, completes regular and standard processes associated with equity plan administration, working closely with the third party vendor as needed, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes, including:
- Setting up employee accounts in the third party equity plan administration solution (“EPAS”)
- Updating employee demographics in EPAS
- Preparing materials for submissions to the Human Resources and Compensation Committee (“HRCC”) for new grants
- Loading new grants and advising regional total rewards of communications required
- Processing vesting and option exercises including reviews of the data in advance, communications to regional total rewards and providing reports to payroll to update compensation and taxes
- Processing terminations
- Reviewing data and managing quarterly share purchases for the ESPP
- Processing changes to permissions for Total Rewards and HR members to EPAS
- Ensuring insider trading information is provided to Legal in a timely manner
- Providing reports to global mobility and the global mobility tax services provider to enable tax calculations and reporting
- Tracking on-hire, promotion, retention or other special grants

c) Supports the Global Equity Plans Lead in preparing analysis and reports such as:
- Equity tables for the annual proxy circular
- Annual reports to the HRCC, including executive share ownership and stress testing
- Other analysis or reports as required for terminations, share plan projections, etc.

d) Assists with the development and updating of communication and training materials for employees and HR teams. Serves as a key point of contact for global HR teams on equity plan administration matters and use of EPAS.
- e) Reviews all monthly bills for completeness and accuracy, ensuring appropriate charges and processes for payment.
