**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, menu offerings, and overall guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant premises.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
