Dave's Hot Chicken is looking for a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small, fast-paced, and growing restaurant group. The General Manager will oversee the management team, set goals and objectives, hire and train new employees, and manage the financial budget. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for both front of house and back of house operations. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food and has experience leading a team.

**Schedule**:

- Full-Time (40 hours/week) with benefits available
- Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 3:30pm)
- Fridays (3pm - 10:30pm)
- Every other weekend (10:30am - 7:30pm)

**Essential Functions**
- Manage the financial budget by monitoring inventory levels, labor costs, and other areas of budgeting.
- Train and manage all new employees.
- Ensure that service standards are met such as customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Oversee employee performance and training to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits on all areas of operations to ensure compliance with company standards and company policies.
- Oversee all areas of production including food preparation, baking, cooking, baking icing, packaging etc. to ensure product is made in a safe manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that safety procedures are followed at all times to prevent accidents from occurring.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order including fryers, griddles, etc. as well as cleaning equipment such as vacuums and trash compactor.
- Oversee guest service to ensure that guests are satisfied with their experience at Burlington, ON in comparison to other restaurants in the area.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.'

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- Bonus pay
