**Job Summary**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivable
- Daily Invoicing
- Monthly Reporting
- General Office Duties

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills required
- Adept in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience with accounting software a benefit (Sage 50/QuickBooks, Etc.)
- Able to multitask with a strong attention to detail

**Compensation**
- $42,500 - $48,000 Salary
- Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Medical plan available after 3 months

**Salary**: From $42,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DARTMOUTH, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
