**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Welcome visitors and assist when necessary.
- Data input for website orders.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, inventory supplies, and order replacement supplies as needed.
- Provide support to management.
- Process Payroll through Payworks.
- Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Maintain company files, including HR.
- Process paperwork for new employees.
- Collect, process, and distribute incoming mail and compose and send correspondence.

**Office Administrator Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Experience in QuickBooks is an asset.
- Completion of NSCC Office Administration Program or equivalent.
- Minimum five years experience in an administrative role required.
- Familiarity with Google Suites and G Drive.
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
