We are seeking an experienced **Coordinator, Onboarding & Integration**s**to join our growing Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role can be based at our Corporate Head Office at Burnaby BC, Downtown Toronto or Brossard QC. This is an **on-site** position.

**Job Overview**:
Reporting to the Director, Onboarding and Integrations, the Coordinator, Onboarding and Integrations will be a key player on the Mergers & Acquisitions team, directly supporting the highly acquisitive mandate at 123Dentist. The primarily responsibility will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the integrations process to ensure a seamless onboarding and transition of new partner dental practices across Canada.
- Responsibilities and Duties:_
- Liaise with prospective partner dentists and their staff to provide an exceptional onboarding experience with mínimal disruption to their day-to-day operations.
- Oversee and implement all components of onboarding new partnerships, ensuring that all objectives are met by the required dates.
- Track, oversee and manage the integration checklist on the CRM system.
- Assist in hosting onboarding meetings with partner dentists and clinical staff.
- Communicating and building positive relationships with stakeholders including vendor partners, regional managers and dental office staff.
- Collaborating with internal 123Dentist departments
- Identify areas to improve the onboarding and transition experience.
- Managing competing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education, Credentials, Qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, operations management or related field.
- ** 1-2 years experience in operations, administration, or project management.**:

- ** Bilingual required (French/English).**:

- PMP or CAPM Designation would be an asset.
- Required Skills & Abilities:_
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident presentation skills including preparation of presentation documents.
- Ability to effectively problem solve if/when issues arise.
- A collaborative team player mind-set.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel specifically).
- Beneficial but not required: experience in healthcare or related field.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate schedules across multiple time zones.
