Possible extension Overview: Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Budget Management Transformation (BMT) project and the Supportive Housing Redesign Program. This role involves managing coordination activities such as scheduling, maintaining trackers, preparing stakeholder materials, and supporting cross-project communication. Project Description: The Supportive Housing Redesign structures multiple projects within one Program, collectively strengthening governance and accountability, and improving operational efficiency to deliver reliable, equitable housing services and improving client and provider experiences. The BMT and Supportive Housing Redesign requires significant coordination activities (such as maintaining trackers, scheduling meetings, and preparing stakeholder materials) that are essential for delivery. Reporting and Key Partners: Reports to the Strategic Transformation Leads for BMT and Supportive Housing Redesign Lead, providing project coordination for both initiatives. Works closely with Project Managers, Change Management Specialists, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination across initiatives. Scope: Coordination support for BMT and Supportive Housing Redesign projects, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder engagement logistics. Responsibilities: • Maintain project trackers and ensure timely updates. • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for project teams. • Prepare stakeholder materials and meeting packages. • Support cross-project communication and coordination. • Assist with documentation and reporting for project milestones. • Coordinate logistics for workshops and stakeholder sessions. Deliverables: • Weekly updated project trackers for BMT and Supportive Housing Redesign. • Meeting schedules and stakeholder packages prepared in advance. • Monthly coordination report summarizing activities and risks. Qualifications: Ideal Candidate Must-have: • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates with the following: • Experience working in or with public sector. • Familiarity with financial or budget management processes. • Experience supporting change initiatives or transformation projects.
