**Administrative & Accounting Support**
**Key accountabilities**:
1. Provide general office **support** to all departments
2. Cross-training in, A/R/, A/P, service dispatching, Invoicing, preparing quotes for sales department, inventory receiving for relief days off, illness, vacation time and overflow
3. A/R Statements to all customers and follow up phone calls
4. Maintaining and submitting all warranty submissions to suppliers
5. Matching up accounts payable cheque runs, EFT and wire payments
6. Petty cash and expense report reconciliations
7. Entering customer orders & invoicing
8. Processing all freight bills
9. Updating customer database to keep accurate information
10. Various other clerical requirements
11. Assist in processing of purchase orders
**Requirements**:
Must be fluent in English, excellent communication and telephone skills
General accounting experience is a must
Office experience required
Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
Multi
- tasking from various departments
