**Job Overview**

**What you’ll do**
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser treatments, and deep tissue massages.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and product demos to educate clients on the best practices for their skin types.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to track client progress and manage appointments effectively.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that align with client needs, while also upselling services to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and maintain a positive salon environment.

**Basic qualifications**
- Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in a medical spa setting or relevant aesthetic field.
- Proficiency in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
