Cyra Beauty, Health and Laser Clinic is a new, physician-led clinic, specializing in premium cosmetic and healthcare services. We deliver advanced skin rejuvenation treatments with a focus on safety and efficacy. From top-of-the-line lasers to our signature non-surgical face-lift, injectables and IV therapy, we perform world-class treatments to improve aging, enhance skin clarity, and sculpt the body.
The Medical Aesthetician delivers safe, effective energy-based treatments and supportive skincare services while providing an outstanding client experience.
**The Role**
**What You’ll Do**
**Content & Social**
- Own a monthly content calendar (education, FAQs, before/after* spotlights, promotions).
- Capture short photo/video content in-clinic (with consent); write clear, on-brand captions.
- Schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook; community management (DMs/comments) using approved guidelines.
- Build newsletters and nurture sequences (educational tips, promos, event invites).
**Website & Local SEO**
- Keep service pages, bios, promos, and blogs up to date (basic CMS edits).
- Manage Google Business Profile: posts, photos, Q&A, and reputation response templates.
**Paid & Performance**
- Assist with Meta/Google ad briefs, audiences, budgets, and landing pages.
- Track lead source, CPL, ROAS basics; prep weekly performance snapshots in GA4/Looker Studio.
**Partnerships & Events**
- Coordinate in-clinic events, UGC/influencer activity, and local business collaborations.
- Support promotional calendars (e.g., Black Friday, seasonal campaigns).
**Brand, Compliance & Ops**
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards.
- Uphold Canadian health-advertising norms (no misleading claims; cautious use of testimonials; accurate, balanced information; appropriate disclaimers).
- Collaborate with clinic leadership for medical content review prior to publication.

**Clinic/client support**
- Acknowledge, engage and welcome clients as they are entering the clinic (verbal or non-verbal acknowledgment if you are on the phone).
- Providing exceptional customer service with a respectful and compassionate attitude to all clients.
- Check in clients, ensure consent forms are filled, provide a credit card on file and updated client information, and help clients as needed.
- Check out clients efficiently, and effectively.
- Support with clinic promotional events.
- Answer the phone promptly, with enthusiasm and care.
- Stay on top of staff schedule and timeliness.
- Be conscious of appointment time lengths when scheduling ensuring effective use of clinic rooms, and allowing time for rooms to be cleaned and prepared.
- Ensuring clinic waiting room, entryway, and restrooms are pristine, without clutter or uncleanliness.
- Educate clients about promotions, memberships, services and products as part of client retention strategies.
- Sell retail products to walk-ins and existing clients to complement clinical plans.
- Educating patients when and how to use each product, possible benefits, and reactions they may experience and what that means in their skin health journey.
**Product/Service Knowledge**
- Participate in continuing education; attend all mandatory trainings/meetings.
- Know all current offers, specials, in clinic incentive contests.
- Aim to understand all clinic services (i.e., what they are, the processes, prices, and frequently asked questions) within the first month of employment.
**Facility**
- Clean desk and waiting area (dust, arrange brochures, arrange skin care.
- Stock retail shelves and control inventory.
- Abide by client confidentiality requirements.
- Stock desk with supplies.
- Support with cleaning (vacuum, mop, wipe counters, garbage, etc.) and stocking treatment rooms (gauze, syringes, etc).
- Ensure garbage is only thrown out in the designated area.
**Supporting Providers**
- Checking in on clients who are waiting for a service (i.e., conversing, ensuring they are comfortable, offering water, etc).
- Keep waiting room/entryway/restrooms spotless; stock retail shelves; control inventory.
- Support treatment rooms (stocking gauze, disposables, etc.); assist with basic clinic cleaning.
- Bring clients to rooms when providers need support or are behind schedule.
- Prep charts/clients (photos, numbing per protocol, consents).
**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years in marketing/content (preferably medical aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare).
- Comfortable shooting/editing quick clinic content (phone video, basic editing tools like CapCut/Adobe/Canva).
- Solid copywriting, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Business Suite, basic ads, and simple CMS updates.
- Organized, data-curious, and **self-initiating**—you find productive tasks without being asked.
