Patient Care Consultant – Luxury Medical & Aesthetic Clinic
Zen Family Medicine & Zen Aesthetics is a physician-led luxury medical and aesthetic clinic offering Alma lasers, Morpheus8, injectables, PRP, regenerative medicine, and IV therapy. We are building an elite Patient Care Consultant team to support our rapid growth.
This is not a front-desk job.

Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who:
- Has experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, dental, or high-ticket consultative sales
- Is confident discussing investment-level treatment plans
- Wants to build a long-term career in a luxury medical brand
- Is driven by performance, growth, and excellence
What You Will Be Responsible For
You will:
- Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations
- Design personalized 6-month skin and hair transformation plans
- Convert consultations into scheduled treatment programs
- Manage follow-up pipelines and patient re-engagement
- Drive utilization of high-value devices (Alma, Morpheus8, PRP, lasers)
- Work directly with physicians, injectors, and aestheticians
Compensation
- $40,000–$120,000+ annually (On-Target Earnings)
- Guaranteed base + performance incentives based on revenue closed and program conversions. This is a high-performance role with a clear path to six figures for top consultants.
