Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination des activités marketing et de gestion de produits, en soutenant l’introduction de nouveaux produits et en veillant à ce que nos offres répondent aux besoins croissants de nos clients.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Effectuer des analyses concurrentielles, en ligne et en magasin, afin de suivre les tendances du marché et le positionnement des produits
- Réceptionner, organiser et suivre les échantillons de produits ; préparer les envois et tenir à jour l’inventaire des échantillons
- Examiner et contribuer à la préparation des fiches d’introduction de produits (item setup sheets) en veillant à l’exactitude des données
- Préparer et mettre en forme des documents et présentations destinés aux fournisseurs et aux équipes internes
- Soutenir les Chefs de produit dans la recherche de nouveaux produits, la coordination des tests de produits et d’autres tâches administratives ou marketing connexes

**Profil recherché**
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en marketing, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un poste en marketing ou en coordination de produits (stages acceptés)
- Grande attention aux détails et excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
- Excellentes habiletés de communication et esprit d’équipe
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit (essentielle pour la communication avec les fournisseurs anglophones)

Our company, a leader in the manufacturing, importing, and distribution of residential renovation products for the North American and international markets, is looking for a motivated **Marketing Coordinator** to join our dynamic marketing team.

Reporting directly to the Product Manager, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll play a key supporting role in the coordination of marketing and product management activities, helping to bring innovative products to market and ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct competitive analyses, both online and in-store, to monitor market trends and product positioning
- Receive, organize, and track product samples; prepare shipments and maintain sample inventory logs
- Review and assist in completing item setup sheets and ensure product data accuracy
- Prepare and format documents and presentations for suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support Product Managers with product research, coordination of product testing, and other administrative and marketing tasks as needed
- Holds a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Has 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or product coordination role (internships included)
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and teamwork
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Has good written and spoken English (essential for supplier communication)
