**MARKETING COORDINATOR**

Looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator with a passion for both traditional and digital marketing to support the company’s rapid growth.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Supporting marketing initiatives
- Generating Marketing & Sales reports
- Marketing Budget & Invoices - Tracking and reporting
- Flyer management:Responsible for Ad Schedule, Proof Calendar & Web Events calendars

Sample coordinating and tracking
Proof reading FR & ENG
Inter-departmental communications on changes and updates
Online flyer reviews - ProofHQ
Flyer printing coordination
Flyer digitization - Online & partner apps
- Planning and coordinating for Fashion Spreads:

- Coordinate model, talent, location bookings
- Coordinating and documenting photoshoot samples
- Prop sourcing
- Sample coordinating
- Assisting in photoshoots
- Store Marketing Support:

- Mall management communications and promotional events
- Store signage log and maintenance
- Store Openings / Launch:

- Coordinating special store opening events
- Promotional material
- Press Release coordinating and posting
- Store Communications:
Working with lead Senior Operation’s Supervisor:Weekly MarComm - Updating stores on weekly events and visual presentation
Monthly MarComm - Updating stores on new season launches
- Consumer Notices / Erratums
- Key contact for stores on marketing initiatives
- Traditional media:
Key contact with external partners in print and traditional mediaTV, Radio and Newspaper advertising (as needed)
- Digital:Weekly Operations Report updates

Website updates (as needed)
Support for online content writing

Google My Business :Key contact for client comments online
Updates on stores and operating hours
Social Media coordinating with external agency

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 2-5 years marketing experience
- Fluently bilingual, English and French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an asset
- Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Be highly motivated with strong attention to detail
- Have strong organization and planning skills
- Have strong communication skills and networking ability
- Have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and display a sense of urgency

NO WORK FROM HOME, On site required. Minimum 40 hours per week.

- Assistance marketing des magasins:

- Communications de gestion du centre commercial et événements promotionnels
- Affichage en magasin
- Ouvertures de magasins:

- Coordonner les événements spéciaux d'ouverture du magasin
- Matériel promotionnel
- Coordination et publication des communiqués de presse
- Communications aux magasins:

- Travailler avec le Superviseur Principal des Opérations:

- MarComm hebdomadaire - Mise à jour des magasins sur les événements de la semaine et la présentation visuelle
- MarComm mensuel - Mise à jour des magasins sur les lancements de nouvelles saisons
- Avis aux consommateurs
- Contact clé pour les magasins sur les initiatives marketing
- Médias traditionnels:

- Contact clé avec les partenaires externes pour impressions et les médias traditionnels
- Publicité à la télévision, à la radio et dans les journaux (au besoin)
- Numérique:

- Mises à jour hebdomadaires du rapport sur les opérations
- Mises à jour du site Web (au besoin)
- Prise en charge de la rédaction de contenu en ligne
- Google My Business:

- Contact clé pour les commentaires des clients en ligne
- Mises à jour sur les magasins et les heures d'ouverture
- Coordination des médias sociaux avec une agence externe

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme en marketing ou équivalent
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en marketing
- Parfaitement bilingue, anglais et français
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Connaissance d'Adobe Creative Suite, un atout
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en révision
