A Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field is preferred, though equivalent work experience may be taken into account.Put your skills to work selling composite panels in this permanent, full-time position at our Montreal head office.

Your job will be to work with the President to come up with and implement new ways to increase sales, look into possible partnerships, find suppliers, and do other related things in our office.

**Your role**:

- **Bilingual (English and French)** Marketing advisor
- Identify client needs and offer knowledgeable counsel;
- Present and demonstrate the product, highlighting its positive attributes, and offer the best solution that would be appropriate for the client's particular project;
- Promote the sale of our products and attract new clients.
- Learn the basics of every product that is offered at the office
- Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
- Develop partnership strategies;
- Develop partnership activation, project management and execution;
- Develop marketing plans for the vendor program (Co-op);
- Design media kit and other presentation and sales support materials for the vendor program;
- Coordinate graphic development in support of various marketing projects;
- Develop marketing activations to support our stores (workshops, store openings, mall tie-ins, etc.);
- Work closely with the operations, purchasing and B2B team;
- Develop reports/post-mortems and make recommendations;
- Participation in several creative marketing projects

**Requirements and skills for the position**:
Bachelor's degree in business or other related field or equivalent work experience will also be considered ;
Minimum 2 years of experience, in sales (_**an asset**_) ;
Knowledge in marketing and social media (_**an asset**_);
Creativity, autonomy, punctuality, rigor and management of several projects;
**Mandatory** Strong oral and written communication skills (English and French).

**Salary**: $35,529.00-$43,093.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saint-Laurent, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
