We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Enterprise Change Management team.

**What your day looks like**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple lines of business to identify and assess the impact of change initiatives and define change objectives
- Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and maintain change management deliverables including impact assessments, change plans, and status reports
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders on change management best practices
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Tailor change approaches to both waterfall and agile project methodologies, ensuring flexibility and alignment to business needs

**Requirements**:
**Your experience and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on change management experience, ideally in complex enterprise environments
- Proven background in consulting (former consulting experience preferred) and industry experience within financial services
- Strong understanding and demonstratable use of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR)
- Demonstrated and successful delivery of change initiatives in both traditional (waterfall) and agile environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
