**Status: Temporary Full Time**
**Department: Financial Services**
**Site: Hogarth Riverview Manor**
**Shifts: Days**
**Rate of Pay: $22.330- $24.100 per hour**

Under the direction of the Manager, Financial Services and the DIrector of Care, the Residence & Accounting Clerk is responsible for clerical functions, operations and communication within the 1 North residence home area and financial services.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary educati on in a related program
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizati on skills
- Good computer skills (programs include Microsoft Word, Excel, StaffRight, E-mail, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team, as well as independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and follow directi ons from various program staff
- Ability to prioritize and organize day-to-day functi ons of the offi ce to meet deadlines, noti ng the workis varied and oft en done for several principals
- Tact, good judgment, and must maintain confi denti ality of records, acti ons and information
- Demonstrated regular att endance at work

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
