**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Manager, Financial and Administrative Services, the Financial and Administrative Services Clerks are responsible for collection, analysis, distribution, maintenance and processing of financial documents/records in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. Clerks are responsible for ensuring the integrity of data that is submitted and processed in the School’s financial information system and the accuracy of any resulting documentation. Specific duties include the preparation, review, and execution of payments and reimbursements (i.e Requests for Payments, Cheque Requisitions, Travel Expense Claims etc.) for various clients (i.e. staff, faculty, vendors, physicians, students, LEGs, etc.) as well as reconcilliation of payment remittances. Additionally, clerks provide front line support and customer service to various internal and external stakeholders for finance related matters, including resolving any related issues.
