Position:
3M T3 Warehouseman

Wills Transfer Limited - 3M 501

Position Summary:
Live and promote Wills Transfer Limited’s Purpose and Values as guiding principles in leading and managing the business:
Wills Transfer Limited has a full time sick leave coverage opening for a 3M Warehouseman (3M-T3 position) working at the 3M 501 facility on California Avenue. The position will involve standard warehousing function as outlined below and in the attached Job Description. The proposed hours for the position are on a 2 week rotational basis 8:00am - 4:30 pm Monday and Friday (with Saturday and
Sunday off) and the 2nd week will be 7:00am - 3:30 pm Saturday and Sunday (with Monday and Friday off) Please note that when working your regular Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday shift you would report to the Warehouse Supervisor in charge. There is an expectation that overtime will be required during peak times. This may involve some weekend work as 3M runs 7 days per week. Please also note, there is an expectation that once the initial training is done for the T3 functions we will commence training as back up for the Shipper and Receiver positions.

3M T3 Warehouseman Requirements:

- Follow all Wills Transfer and 3M policies and procedures.
- Utilizing a forklift, reach truck, clamp truck or hand cart to move product to various locations in the warehouse and production area.
- Unloading and loading trailers (raw materials and finished goods)
- Completing inventory counts and reconciliation work as required.
- Completing daily Kanban order **Completing daily carton and film orders**:

- Completing daily resin order Load trailers in accordance to weight restrictions set by the HWY traffic act and C-TPAT / PIP requirements (training will be provided).
- Cleaning up debris on warehouse floor and trailers
- Participate in HSSE training and meetings.

3M T3 Mandatory Requirements:

- Controlled Goods Clearance
- Valid forklift operator license
- Experience in SAP and Camelot (an asset)
- Successful completion of eye test and hearing test (to be paid for by Wills)
- Successful completion of 3M orientation training (no cost)
- 3 month probationary period

Compensation:
Very competitive wage and benefit package.

Education / Work Experience:
A high school education is required with proficiency in Math and English. Experience in a warehouse setting would be an asset.
