Position:
Forklift Operator/Warehouseman/Line Leader
**Location**:
Shell Lube Plant - 250 Laurier Blvd. Brockville, ON
Position Summary:
The position is located at our clients facility located at 250 Laurier Blvd., Brockville, ON. This position is a
‘safety sensitive” position and has several functions including forklift operation, working with Shell’s
SAP software program, receiving goods, picking orders, shipping product, inventory and cycle counting and assisting other staff as required; This may involve some weekend work as well.
The proposed hours for the position will be shift rotation of Days (7-3) Afternoon (3-11)
Monday to Friday. Midnights (11-7) Sunday - Thursday. There is an expectation that overtime will be required during peak times and to cover vacations or sickness. Please note, Wills
Transfer reserves the right to change work hours to accommodate business requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Desired experience in warehouse or related industry experience.
- Standing, walking and manual lifting products (up to 50 lbs) is required.
- Good mathematical skills
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and resolve issues to completion
- A positive attitude, and team player
- Effective memory skills; strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized working area
- Computer literate, including the ability to grasp new computer programs (Warehouse
Management System)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Forklift Certification
- Security Clearance may be required
- Must pass Wills mandatory HSSE orientation and screening processes. This includes pre
- employment drug testing and eyesight.
- Workplace safety training such as WHMIS ,Workplace Harassment, First Aid, CPR, TDG, working at heights all are considered assets.
- 3-month probationary period.
Compensation:

Education / Work Experience:
A high school education is required with proficiency in Math and English. Experience in a warehouse setting would be an asset.
