JOB DESCRIPTION: 12 Hour Rotational Shift Material Handler working on customer (3M) site.

Wills Transfer Limited is currently seeking 1 full-time 3M Material Handlers to work out of the 3M
Brockville Tape Plant. The position involves loading outbound shipments, operation of a sit-down counterbalance forklift with clamp attachment and additional functions out as outlined below. The position is scheduled surrounding a 12-hour rotation (6:45 am - 6:45 pm and vice versa) that involves working every other weekend. There is an expectation that overtime will be required to cover vacations, illness and statutory holidays should 3M schedule the plant to be open.

3M Material Handler Requirements
- Follow all Wills Transfer and client’s policies and procedures.
- Utilizing a forklift to move product to various locations in the warehouse and production area.
- Unloading and loading trailers.
- Load trailers in accordance to weight restrictions set by the HWY traffic act and C-TPAT / PIP requirements (training will be provided).
- Cleaning up debris on warehouse floor and trailers
- Participate in HSSE training and meetings.

3M Material Handler Mandatory Requirements:

- Obtain a clean Police Background Check, Wills will reimburse employee for the cost of a police check pending it returns with no findings.
- Pre-Employment Drug Testing required (to be paid for by Wills)
- Valid forklift operator license for various on-site equipment (Training will be provided).
- Experience in SAP, Camelot, or other warehouse management systems (an asset)
- Successful completion of our client’s orientation training
- 3-month probationary period

Compensation:
Very competitive wage and benefit package.

0.50 night shift premium

Education / Work Experience:
A high school education is required with proficiency in Math and English. Experience in a warehouse setting would be an asset.
