Content Marketing Specialist

**Core Responsibilities**

Some of the things you'll be responsible for include:

- Developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing plan that aligns with our growth goals
- Writing and editing compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including blog articles, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, video scripts, etc.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify content needs and opportunities, and ensuring that content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
- Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed to drive greater engagement and conversions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, and sharing that knowledge and insight with the rest of your team

We’re looking for an independent, growth-oriented individual who will take ownership over our content marketing and drive results.

The following experiences and skills will help you kick ass in this role:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, audience-focused content across a range of formats
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform content strategies
- A basic understanding of SEO best practices to boost online visibility and drive traffic
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
