Our easy-to-use software platform enables thousands of restoration contractors and insurance professionals across North America to process claims faster and with greater accuracy.

We’re a remote-first company with a collaboration hub in downtown Kitchener—and we’re growing.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact across multiple areas of the marketing function. From managing event logistics and handling marketing data to supporting campaign execution and jumping in where needed, you’ll be a vital part of our efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management
- Own and maintain the master event calendar in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate potential events and provide recommendations on strategic fit and ROI.
- Coordinate all event logistics including registration, booth materials, shipping, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing Program Managers to execute strong pre-event, at-event, and post-event marketing strategies.
- Manage and upload event leads into Salesforce, ensuring proper attribution and tracking of ROI.

Data Management
- Maintain and structure our Total Addressable Market (TAM) data in Salesforce.
- Use enrichment tools and platforms to ensure contact and account data is complete and accurate.
- Partner with Marketing Program Managers to build and segment audience lists for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Program and Content Support
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that generate pipeline and business opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing Program Managers to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Own the relationship with Encircle’s distribution and channel partners, acting as the primary marketing point of contact.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to assist in campaign automation, optimization, and reporting.
- Support BDR follow-up efforts by optimizing Gong flows, ensuring timely outreach, and tracking engagement and progression.

General Marketing Support
- Be a reliable team player with a “can-do” attitude, ready to support various marketing projects as needed.
- Assist with content updates, campaign reporting, research, and other day-to-day marketing tasks.

What You Bring
- Experience in a marketing support or coordination role is preferred.
- Experience managing logistics for trade shows, conferences, or virtual events.
- Comfortable working with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.

What You’ll Gain at Encircle
- Make a measurable impact: You won’t just support programs—you’ll help shape them. Your ideas and execution will directly contribute to lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
- Build a powerful skillset: From event management and data strategy to AI-assisted content creation and sales enablement, you'll gain broad hands-on experience across core marketing functions.
- Work with smart, driven teammates: Join a collaborative, high-performing team that values curiosity, experimentation, and results.
- Grow your career: You’ll have access to mentorship, cross-functional projects, and opportunities to expand into new areas of marketing based on your interests and strengths.
- Own your work: We trust you to take initiative, make decisions, and take pride in what you deliver—with support whenever you need it

Why Encircle?

We VALUE our people:

- Balance: Flexible hours, self-managed vacation, and trust to manage your time
