**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital footprint. This role is perfect for someone with a love for real estate, social media, and creating compelling content. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing content across various platforms to engage our audience, promote listings, and build our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Strategy**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our brand and real estate goals. Create visually appealing, engaging, and high-quality content for platforms like Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- **Social Media Management**:
Plan, schedule, and post content across all social media channels. Manage and grow our online presence through organic strategies, community engagement, and monitoring social trends.
- **Real Estate Marketing**:
Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials for new listings, open houses, virtual tours, and pre-construction developments. Ensure all marketing collateral is on-brand and highlights the best features of each property.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
Track and analyze social media performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and drive growth. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the real estate agents, videographers, and photographers to coordinate listing shoots, design marketing campaigns, and stay on top of real estate trends.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (experience in real estate is a plus).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Capcut.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Knowledge of real estate trends and an interest in the industry is highly desirable.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and Google Analytics is a plus.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
