**Receptionist Qualifications and Skills**:

**Position Overview**:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Works closely with our Accounting team and prepares the files for them
- Ensures that the files are ready for bookkeeping
- Contacts clients for missing documents
- Answers screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Prepare bills and take payments
- Performs follow
- up calls for payments
- Ensures that the files are ready for bookkeeping
- Contacts clients for reminding appointments
**Qualifications**
- Completion of a College Diploma with a concentration in Office Administration or Accounting, or related discipline
- High proficiency with MS Excel and Word
- Excellent communications skills, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task competing priorities
- Dedication and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Ability to learn quickly and are self-motivated
- A team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently
