We’re looking for an energetic **Sales Associate** to represent Chai Spice at market events, tradeshows, and pop-ups. If you love **connecting with people, selling an exciting product, and creating memorable experiences**, this role is for you

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Engage & Sell** - Be the face of Chai Spice at **tradeshows, farmer markets, pop-up and special events**, interacting with customers, sharing our story, and **closing sales**.
- **Find & Book Events** - Research, identify, and secure new market events and tradeshows to expand brand presence.
- **Event Setup & Takedown** - **Handle booth setup and teardown, transport materials**, and ensure smooth operations at each event.
- **Educate & Excite** - Teach customers about our blends, ingredients, and the chai-making process while creating an engaging experience.
- **Market Growth & Brand Awareness** - Help grow the brand by **building relationships with customers, vendors, and industry professionals**.
- **Customer Insights & Feedback** - Gather feedback from customers to **help refine products and sales strategies**.
- **Manage Inventory & Payments** - Track product stock, **process transactions**, and maintain a well-organized booth.

**Who You Are**:

**Strong Communicator** - Excellent **spoken and written English** to confidently engage customers and represent the brand.
**Adaptable & Solution-Oriented** - You think on your feet and **handle challenges with a positive attitude**.
**Event or Sales Experience** - Prior experience in **sales, customer service, or events** is a plus
**Physically Active** - Able to lift event materials (up to 30 lbs), stand for long hours, and move quickly in a busy environment.
**Must Have a Car** - You’ll need a **reliable vehicle** to transport event materials and travel to different locations.
**Weekend & Evening Availability** - This role requires **flexibility** to work **weekends and occasional evenings**.
