Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and profitability

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food preparation, service, and handling
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and ability to assist with cooking when necessary
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
