Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent full time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its vibrant team. As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics, the main responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator consist of the following:
**Specific tasks**:
- Create and translate job descriptions
- Post job descriptions to the job boards (BambooHR, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Phone screen applicants for open positions
- Schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Create, schedule and send tests to interesting applicants
- Perform reference checks
- Build a job fair calendar, coordinate Ray-Mont’s presence, and attend the job fairs
- Research the best job boards based on the current recruitment needs
- Create visuals to use for recruitment (for example “we’re hiring” images to post to social media, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Complete recruitment KPIs to optimize the methods of recruitment/reduce cost
- Onboard new employees and perform exit interviews
**Qualifications**:
- Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or Communications
- Completely bilingual; French and English
- Experience working in high-paced and high-volume recruitment; essential
- Experience working for a recruitment agency; an asset
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to work individually and as a team, self-motivated, creative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) à l'acquisition de talents à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique et chevronnée. En tant que membre professionnel de l’équipe, les principales responsabilités du (de la) Coordonnateur(trice) à l’acquisition de talents sont les suivantes:
**Tâches spécifiques**:
- Créer et traduire des descriptions de poste ;
- Publier les descriptions de poste sur les jobboards (BambooHR, Ceridian, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Planifier des entrevues en personne avec les gestionnaires responsables de l’embauche ;
- Entamer et effectuer le processus de vérifications de références ;
- Refaire les descriptions de tâches ainsi que les affichages de postes pour les rendre plus compétitives et intéressantes ;
- Construire un calendrier des salons de l'emploi, coordonner la présence de l’entreprise à ces évènements et assister aux salons de l'emploi ;
- Rechercher les meilleurs sites d'emploi en fonction des besoins de recrutement donnés ;
- Créer des affiches visuelles servant à maximiser le recrutement ;
- Compléter les KPI de recrutement pour optimiser les méthodes de recrutement/réduire les coûts ;
- Accueillir les nouveaux employés et réaliser les entrevues de départ ;
**Qualifications**:
- Posséder un Certificat ou un Baccalauréat en Ressources Humaines, Marketing ou Communications ;
- Être complètement bilingue (français-anglais), tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral ;
