We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team. As part of our dynamic team of six talent acquisition specialists, you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent for a wide range of positions.

In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate on strategic projects and initiatives aligned with our People and Culture plan. These projects will not only correspond to our organization’s ambitions but also to your professional aspirations.

Your Responsibilities:

- Identify and recruit top talent to meet the organization's current and future needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Canada to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
- Actively contribute to projects aimed at improving and innovating our talent acquisition practices.

**Qualifications**
Your Profile:

- Passion and expertise: You are driven by human connections and recruitment, with genuine enthusiasm for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
- Relevant experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Essential bilingualism: You are fully proficient in French and English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with teams across Canada.
- Personal strengths: You are proactive and creative, with strong initiative that allows you to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
