Reporting to the Associate Director Business Strategy and HR, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for achieving recruitment objectives in North America. Its main objectives will be the search for new talent. He/she also proactively promotes company objectives and executes talent acquisition plans based on the company's HR Strategy.
Your missions will be:
As part of the HR Team, the primary job responsibility for the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to be responsible for achieving recruitment objectives and executes talent acquisition plans based on the company's HR Strategy. This role includes:
- Collection, analysis of recruitment needs, writing and posting of Job Posts on the appropriate job boards,
- Participation in cross-functional HR projects to improve and develop recruitment processes, employer branding,
- Coordination of the recruitment plan and its strategy, (school relations, KPIS, HR mobility, sourcing strategy.)
Qualifications and skills:
- HR degree BAC +4/5 or at least 2 years experience in recruitment
- Bilingual in English
- Learn and develop your skills
- A passion for human relations
