**Your role**
- Perform administrative activities and follow-up of the recruitment process
- Ensure the coordination of different stages of the job posting process
- Monitor certain reports to ensure the reliability of the data
- Show agility in the face of tight deadlines and specific goals
- Propose ideas for process improvement
- Coordinate different activities and events as part of the attraction and recruitment strategies of the sectors

The Operations Acquisition team is based in downtown Montreal with a hybrid work model. The Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager of Learning Strategy and Talent Development and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisor. Taleo and LinkedIn are the main recruitment tools used. If this opportunity speaks to you come and complete our team
- Being a Talent Acquisition Coordinator means listening to the needs of your team, being available and flexible to collaborate and actively participate in the completion of ongoing files. It is to constantly reflect on how to improve and facilitate the ways of doing things to save time and efficiency.

**Competencies required**
- 3-years college diploma (DEC) and 4 to 5 years of experience or any other combination of education and experience considered equivalent
- Experience in coordination and/or administrative support
- Sense of initiative, proactivity and good collaborative approach
- Strong ability to identify priorities and emergencies
- French/English bilingualism necessary, as you will regularly deal with managers located across Canada

**Preferred competencies**
- Experience working with different collaboration tools such as: Yammer, Sharepoint, Teams, JIRA service desk
- Knowledge of Taleo
- Ability to work with different stakeholders
- Be open and adaptable
