**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management or Leadership role
- Must have an open availability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and be coached
- Has reliable means of transportation
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift objects up to 50lbs
**BASIC FUNCTION**
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for generating performance which exceeds guest’s expectations while maintaining Operating Standards, achieving financial results and building a great Climate-rich employment experience.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensuring strict compliance in food safety standards and practices
- Building and achieving targets for sales and other profitability metrics of the restaurant
- Coaching management team in effective management of key variable costs of food, labour and other controllables
- Ensuring strict adherence to cash control policies and procedures
- Managing variable and fixed restaurant costs, overhead costs and equipment replacement
- Assisting in creating a Business Plan and annual profit plans with the Franchisee and Area Manager
- Consistently delivering an industry leading guest experience as detailed in our strategy and measured by internal and external consumers measures (e.g. Brand Compliance Assessments, Delighting Guest Reports, Self Assessments)
- Developing and maintaining a strong working climate with the management team and cross hosts
- Developing a highl-performing team through effective processes of recruitment, selection, training, delegation, coaching and performance management
