Store Manager

**Company Introduction**
- Responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Provide training/orientation to staff, conduct testing and follow-up training to ensure service standards are met
- Ensure all staff meet the company dress code
- Effectively establish staff shift schedules
- Organize staff events and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers
- Collect guest information and set up database to better serve guests
- Work with product department to make sure all the products are presented properly and food quality has met the company standard
- Conduct Four Color Card evaluation to maintain high quality of operation
- Manage amazing cases and mystery shoppers report
- Drive revenue and profit through development and implementation of strategies while keeping with the overall concept
- Manage the cost of liquor, wine, beer, labour and food
- Supervise tips management and distribution
- Maintain food safety, property safety, personal safety and sanitation of the whole restaurant
- Lead the front of house staff and ensuring they’re supported throughout their shifts
- Keep learning through internal training program and internal job rotation to improve management skills and working skills
- Recruit new staff and handle resignations and dismissals
- Performs other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Completion of post-secondary education or above
- Minimum of 3 years management experience as a store manager, restaurant manager, or similar role
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- Working knowledge of general restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, health codes,
- Knowledge about the food and beverage/hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time-management and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership skills
- English fluency required, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
