Position Summary

The Front Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations of the center. This individual is the first point of contact for parents and visitors, managing calls, intake bookings, and office organization. They will ensure that appointments and inventory needs are handled efficiently to keep the center running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule intake meetings and appointments as directed by management.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure timely ordering of inventory for all program suites.
- Prepare and organize general administrative files (not client files).
- Support staff meeting coordination and calendar management.
- Greet visitors and ensure the office environment remains organized and welcoming.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as required.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or Business preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or front-desk experience (required).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
