We are a growing business investing time and resources and adding sophistication to our company. For this reason, we are searching for an outstanding Office Administrator and Client Care professional.

**What you can expect during the first 90 days on the job**
- You will get to know your team well and know exactly where they need the support. This includes the team and learning how they can support you effectively.
- You will get to know all the office systems and how your role utilizes these systems.
**What you can expect during the first six months on the job**
- By this time, you are well acquainted with all company systems and, in certain situations, are making recommendations to improve or make things more efficient.
Please make sure you can demonstrate proven experience in the following areas:
- Client Care - Ensure clients are onboarded and off-boarded effectively. This includes ensuring that all parties are informed throughout the life of the project.
- Folder/File Management - Ensure that an effective document management system is managed and maintained using Microsoft 365.
- Website and social media - Ensuring that the company's social media channels and the corporate website are updated with relevant content.
- Financials - Ensure that all invoices, purchase orders and receipts are created correctly and promptly.
- Data Entry - receipts, invoices etc.
Finally, please make sure you have the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 3-years experience in a client care role.
- 3-years experience in office administration.
- 2-years using QuickBooks Online.
