With operations across Canada and United States, Bento brings together a dynamic team of people with diverse backgrounds, experience, and talent, to create an exceptional guest experience. **Responsibilities**: Bento is seeking a proactive **Operation Support Specialist** to enhance the operations of our franchise locations in **Ontario West (London, Niagara, Windsor, Kitchener)**. This role will focus on supporting store teams to ensure excellence in merchandising, product quality, food safety, and customer service. **Franchisee Support**: - Conduct daily visits to franchise locations to ensure adherence to Bento Sushi’s standards for product quality, food safety, and customer service. Provide hands-on support to address operational gaps, working closely with the Regional Manager and Director for follow-up. **Franchise Re-training**: - Support franchisees by providing re-training to address operational challenges and ensure adherence to brand standards.
