Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for a **Quality Auditor** to join their team. This position is responsible to support the Quality Management System through inspections, audits, control of non-conforming product, training, control of records, calibrations, corrective and preventative actions and other activities as assigned. This position is Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm. Your schedule may be changed, and additional hours required, from time to time, to address the needs of the business.
**Responsibilities May Include**:
- Follow our Quality Management system for all quality-related processes and requirements.
- Perform Quality inspections for incoming raw chassis.
- Perform Quality inspections for incoming raw material and in process product.
- Perform Quality inspections for incoming and outgoing paint kits.
- Control/maintain the Incoming Inspection, In process inspection documentation
- Issue NCR for Supplier, Internal or Customer rejected part as required for the area of responsibility.
- Communication with relevant departments or suppliers for NCR disposition and any quality issues as required
- Maintain NCR area / log and follow up until disposition is completed.
- Perform first article inspection for new parts or new processes as required.
- Collect data for parts/ process statistical process capability or other analytical requirements.
- Monitor the calibration status of measuring devices, ensure all processes requiring a calibrated instrument have the proper gauge and verify that it is functioning properly.
- Perform GR&R as required.
- Work effectively with other departments to achieve quality goals.
- Perform other job-related duties as directed by the Quality Manager in accordance with company policies and procedures.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- College diploma in related quality field (Quality Assurance/Quality Control), Mechanical or Electrical Technologies.
- Experience using basic measuring devices (Micrometer, High Gauge, Multimeter, Vernier, Protractor, Tape measure, etc.).
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Previous experience as a Quality Auditor within a manufacturing environment would be an asset.
- Ability to take initiative and learn quickly within a fast-paced challenging environment.
- MS Excel, Power point & Access will be an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A valid G2/G driver’s license is required.
