Receptionist/administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional **Full-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant** to join our growing team at **Autorama**. If you are friendly, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers visiting the dealership and promptly notify the appropriate staff
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and direct them to the correct department
- Handle a multi-line phone system with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and preparing reports
- Order parts for every vehicle in coordination with service and inventory staff
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Assist other departments with clerical support as needed
**Skills & Experience**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Comfortable working on Saturdays (all) and Sundays (as needed)
- Familiar with auto parts for different makes and models
- General knowledge of cars and the automotive market
- Knowledge of different makes and model and automotive market is an asset
- Previous experience in a dealership environment preferred
- Experience in content creation, graphic design, and photography is considered an asset
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
